Take a district heating operator as an example. A sudden drop in pipeline temperature triggers an alarm. Instead of calling around or checking multiple systems, the operator immediately sees related work orders and maintenance history. With one click, a new job is created in Ultimo, already filled with location and asset details. The maintenance planner can then prioritise and schedule the work straight away, preventing disruption and extra costs.
