Paging in Explorer

We have made a small but often requested improvement to the Explorer: paging through subjects! Before, the Explorer was limited to twenty subjects and if you wanted to see subjects not in this initial set, you had to change the subject filter. Now, you can page through all relevant subjects with the paging buttons at the bottom of the list.
