Alarm links

When an alarm occurs, resolving it often requires actions in other systems. For example, creating a ticket in a service management system or scheduling maintenance in an asset management platform. To support this workflow, you can now add links to alarms that point to related resources such as tickets, maintenance jobs, or other relevant records. This makes it easier to keep track of everything needed to resolve an alarm from a single place.

We are also starting to integrate more deeply with commonly used systems. Our first integration with Ultimo is currently in beta. While you can add any URL as a link to an alarm, links to Ultimo jobs become even more powerful as we recognize these links and render their status directly in Blockbax.
