In this role, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers turn their critical assets, processes and data into real business value. You work with leading companies across diverse industries, guiding them through the successful adoption of the Blockbax Platform — from the first discovery sessions to full implementation and measurable impact.

This role combines consultancy, implementation and commercial enablement. You will dive deep into customer use cases, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and work closely with our sales team to support with in-dept platform knowledge and demo's during the sales process. That makes this position ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business challenges, technology and customer success.

What you'll do

    Lead customer implementation projects, from discovery to go‑live and adoption.

  • Analyse business processes and translate them into Blockbax solutions that deliver real value.
  • Engage with customers on-site and remotely to understand operations, data flows and improvement opportunities.
  • Configure, validate and optimize customer use cases on the Blockbax Platform.
  • Support the sales team with technical input, solution scoping and product demonstrations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring they get the most out of Blockbax.
  • Drive continuous improvement in our implementation approach and customer delivery playbooks.

What we’re looking for

You’re an experienced professional with a mix of business, technology, and customer experience — someone who thrives on relationships and results.

  • You hold a university Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Information Management, or a comparable field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, solution engineering, customer success, technical pre-sales, or similar roles.
  • You are business-savvy and able to quickly understand how customers create value.
  • You have strong affinity with technology, data and digital platforms.
  • You enjoy uncovering customer needs and translating them into practical solutions.
  • You communicate clearly, confidently and effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, curious and energized by working with customers and internal teams.
  • You like working independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
